Our Engineering center (4CRisk.ai Software Private Ltd.) in Bangalore, India is looking for bright and passionate candidates who share our vision and wish to be part of a team of talented professionals.

The UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics. This role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, product design and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop personas, user journeys, and storyboards to guide the design process.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and user needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into the design process.
  • Ensure that all designs are accessible and meet relevant usability and accessibility standards.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication and design majoring in Business, Services, and System design.
  • Proven 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating expertise in user-centered design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design processes, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing.
