Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our talent acquisition objectives and partner community. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition. This role will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring the best talent in the artificial intelligence and technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Work with external Hiring Partners \ Agency's to ensure talent pipeline is created.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
- Enhance and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding content and initiatives.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a technology-focused organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
