Our Engineering center (4CRisk.ai Software Private Ltd.) in Bangalore, India is looking for bright and passionate candidates who share our vision and wish to be part of a team of talented professionals.
We are seeking a visionary and technical leader to join our team as a Full Stack Product Architect. You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development and implementation. You will bridge the gap between business goals and technical feasibility, ensuring our products are not only innovative but also architected for success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and user stories
- Translate product requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and architectural designs
- Design and develop the front-end and back-end components of our products, utilizing strong full-stack development skills (e.g., front-end frameworks, back-end languages, databases)
- Ensure the product architecture is scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with stakeholders
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure efficient product development and implementation
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in both front-end and back-end development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in product architecture or a similar full-stack development role.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Expertise in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Django) technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and translate complex technical concepts into clear language
Additional Notes:
- In this role, a balance between hands-on development and architectural design is crucial. While full-stack expertise is required, the focus may lean more towards architecture depending on the specific needs of the team and product.
- Highlighting experience with specific technologies relevant to your company's tech stack will be advantageous.
