We are seeking a Director - Technical Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This role will be pivotal in bridging product strategy with engineering execution, ensuring that our regulatory change management (RCM), compliance maps, obligation extraction, and AI-driven features are delivered with excellence. 

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering teams, data scientists, and customers to translate complex regulatory and customer needs into scalable product solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision 

• Partner with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product roadmap. 

• Translate customer feedback from compliance officers, legal SMEs, and risk teams into technical product requirements. 

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. 

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between customers, internal SMEs, and development teams.  

• Support customer pilots, UAT, and enterprise deployments.

Data Platform Development

• Translate business needs into technical product requirements for:

• Data ingestion pipelines (structured, semi-structured, unstructured).

• API-based data integration and interoperability.

• Real-time and batch processing frameworks.

• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, cloud-native, multi-tenant data solutions.

• Ensure product design supports data lineage, quality, cataloguing, and metadata management.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise-grade standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).

• Work with security teams on identity management (SSO, OAuth, RBAC, ABAC, MFA).

• Drive governance features: role-based access, audit trails, encryption, retention policies.

Data-Driven Product Management

• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, churn, query performance, data latency, and cost efficiency.

• Use telemetry and analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Datadog, Grafana) for usage insights and SLA monitoring.

• Run experiments (A/B tests, beta releases) to validate data feature adoption.

Qualifications:

• 12–14 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software. 

• Strong technical background (degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred). 

• Ability to translate regulatory/legal complexity into technical product requirements. 

• Proven success managing products from discovery to launch in an agile environment. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
